  • No, by flaunting, I mean flaunting. The laws apply to all, not just "civilians". Using your public office to harrass people is not legal. Denying people their civil rights is not legal. Arpaio's birth certificate BS is a perfect example of tax dollars wasted on a personal vendetta.

  • I have never been arrested, and I am white. I know, as you maybe don't, that tent city is also used for people waiting to go to court, not just convicts. And I know Joe Arpaio uses food from food banks to feed his inmates. And I know he segregated his inmates.
